Hi everyone,

After not really thinking about it for days, after a lovely Sunday lunch and a few glasses of vino and all I can think about is how much I want a cigarette. Have just walked the dog and I nearly, very nearly bought 10. I stopped myself and just ended up with toilet roll, some sugar and more wine......

I know, I know. The wine won't help.....but I'm back home now and under house arrest whilst I ride this terrible craving out

Hi PP, sorry your having a bad moment, would love to stop and chat but two kids in the shower, and one will be back from her big trip to London any min.

However i see Bella is keeping you company, if you want i will chase her off for you she can be a bit of a pest.

Listen the main thing is you did not buy any, you are now home, just ride it out you know it will pass, and you will feel so much better and stronger at the other side of this.

This is a funny thread. I enjoyed.

So, last week I had a very busy day and it was finally time to go home. I jumped in my Envoy, shoved in the cigarette lighter (BTW, this is week 7), started driving and as per habit, reached into my purse by the time I hit the traffic light. What a shock it was to pull out "Chewing Gum"!

So, what was I going to do? Smoke my gum! LOL!!! :rolleyes:

That is ingrained habit. I'm sure all of us have experienced moments like this.

I'm trying not to chew gum as much but I still find it calming.
