Im here on day 5.

It's not been easy I'm not going to lie, but on the other hand it has "its wierd":confused:

Well anyway out last night and plenty of alcohol and no cigarettes very proud

One other thing I want to share with you all, whilst doing my ironing yesterday

I was thinking that in 10 years I will only be 56. That will be 10 years as a non smoker

, that made me feel great. The thing is 6 days ago I could not think about a week ahead

let alone 10 years, and thats honest. So Happy Today
