I am at the end of day 7 almost feeling great! very proud as i quit cold turkey' aswell! i know its only been a week for me and i dont know if anyone can relate but i actually cant ever picture being a smoker?! maybe this is all my positive mind set but either way im happy..well done to all the quitters!! in ur face cancer sticks! x

Hi well done and keep going, yes I totally understand what you mean I was the same I just knew I wouldn't smoke again. Well done cold turkey too.

I have been stopped next week 6m or on 20th its 6m either way I'm happy next week iv made it lol. Mind you I'm still on patches but I don't care only 7mg and I'm cutting them in half next week as the smoking nurse told me too so I don't freak out lol. Iv even stood with friends while they smoke as I do really miss the social side of smoking and I swear it dose not bother me it just looks funny seeing someone smoke, like its alien to me now. Keep going it gets easier and if you in the frame of mind you will get there

thankyou for your comments steve well done to u too however far you have come! angela i stopped for 6 months on the electronic cigerettes only but i soon realised i wasnt quitting deep down..i mean its the nicotine we crave thats the battle to lose so i re started with nothing..patches are cleary working on your behalf its wat suits each individual, smoking is a demon and i will not allow it to run my life thats for sure x

Honestly i was thinkin how does this seem like plain sailing to me..there must be a catch, but i must have totally had enough of smoking because im very surprised this isnt bothering me even going to my local shops, standing next to a smoker its just like they dont exsist to me, i guess its just my time x
