Hey making progress 40 days today and what do I miss

The breathless and cough when I rise

standing out in the rain and wind smoking as nobody smokes indoors

the aroma that clings to clothes and furniture

the drain on my financial resources

Think I am managing cant say things are safe still taking patches and a little gum but am proud with my progress hence far. I worry clinging onto the NRT is a crutch.

Well done Graham! You're doing great What stage of the patches are you on now? Try not to worry to much, but maybe now would be a good time to have a think about cutting them in half/weaning yourself off them? x

6 weeks almost done. That's such an achievement , so very well done. You can see for yourself the benefits are massive. Don't you just love not smoking?
