Don't think I could smoke if I wanted to, my cough is getting worse and I've woke up this morning with a horrible sore throat and blocked nose.

Although I feel awful I'm still so pleased with myself.

I'm using an e- cigarette. Thinking that could be one if the reasons for the coughing so I'm going to finish the medium strength cartridges and move to low.
