So, my wife is a little bit of a keep fit / health freak, so on Monday she is starting me on a regime, now that I have quit smoking.

Should be fun.

I am quite lazy by nature, so this'll be interesting, but I guess getting fitter will keep my mind off smoking more.

Lots of folk on here have combined some form of sport, exercise, keeping fit with quitting the smokes and it's worked brilliantly for them - take our fabulous AngryBear, now running marathons, and another popular forum member who is no longer on these threads, philfromwales, and his charity cycle rides.

Can't wait to hear what the Missus has planned for you - make sure you stock up on Radox in readiness for those muscles protesting at all the unaccustomed work they're going to be getting!
