Strange sensation

I have a weird thing going on with my head.:eek:

Since yesterday it keeps feeling like a have a band round my head which tightens and then relaxes. Its really strange

Thought at first it may have been the beginning of a migraine but no headache or dsiturbance of vision.

Maybe a slight head cold?

Could this be another way mr Nicio demon is trying to make me smoke again

Apart from that I feel fine.

Opinions please as really don't want to be running to docs as it takes ages to get an appointment
