Interestingly, I've read in some sectors that if your having a craving you should H.A.L.T.

Basically you question if you are Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be that you get cravings because you are one of these or if you confuse the feeling for a crave. I suppose it doesn't matter which way round it is if it gets you through.

Doing great Joe, well done on another week down.

Great post miscy and think all us quitters are subjects to H.A.L.T. and confuse them but as you say as long as it gets us through it doesn't matter....

Hidden thats very interesting and I have found myself stopping and thinking lately. I've been worried about putting weight on so when I get urges ( there the ones I can't work out if I'm hungry, tired or angry ) with my granddaughter living here I'm never lonely lol. Cravings I know exactly what that nicotine demon is doing to my mind and I refuse to let him win. Joe2 another week bites the dust for us all. Well done, just watch that nicotine demon cause he plays so many tricks on our minds. Glad your thoughts of smoking pass quickly. Keep up the good work.

Cheers,
