Keep going Shell.... I have started counting rhinoceroses in my head when the crave comes.... No idea if it will help but at least it amuses me today....
Boiled sweets are your friend. Pop one in mouth and it does help.
lots of posters said frozen red/black grapes are good. I tried these and they are scrummy
I have managed to resist so far. Been doing some work (even though I'm on holiday still!) I am worried tho that everyday will be like this, think I'm making a storm in a teacup really but it is really hard to stay rational!!
It will pass, it really will. You're nearly through the hardest day. Just keep telling yourself that it can (and does) get better with every hour that passes.

Come on Shell, you are doing brilliantly. Give yourself credit, deep breathes, sips of really cold water, post as much as you can on here, realise you are not alone, we are all right there with you. Tomorrow will be better but only if you stick with it!
