an update.....

I'm well into 6 weeks or more maybe and i still remain positive about quiting the beastly roll up's. In fact i don't think about smoking at all these days unless....someone smokes in front of me and i just think 'urgh you reek' and 'get lost with your yukky fag breath'. (yep thats right.....i said it...people who smoke have rancid breath and it's evil to kiiss i tell you.) The only other time it gets to me is when i feel totally annoyed by someone, usually one person so i avoid them.

So my new method of dealing with the dreaded smoking thoughts are GO RUNNING or DANCE. It works and keeps you trim and any crvings at a distance. Fabulous.

My cough has eased up

I still get the odd throat clearance out of the blue

my teeth are so so white!

I have normal breath

i can breath

my skin looks loads better

i have more money.........................................................................................................................................the list of positives go on forever.

Yes btw i've decided to come back for a bit. No stalkers welcome thanks.

Aw...Thanks :) a'hem i'm actually 7 weeks and 2 days lol. I guess it's a good thing i haven't even bothered to count the days of late.

Without going into too much detail, i feel i have been tested of late and there has been a few times i have wanted to smoke but not because i need to or want to, more a case of smoking just to be a bit rebellious, does that make sense? It's like knowing it's very bad fo me so doing it would be to spite myself! The fact that i realise this is what stops me from smoking again. A big part of me feels that the erm....'lower levels' would like that. When i say lower levels i mean the darker side, weaker side or people who are jealous, negative and would rejoice in my failure in order to feel better about themselves. Ia know what i mean lol.

As for you Bradders i'm not talking to you OK! :p

1st May

I washed my face in the morning dew!

It's an old ancient ritual that should be carried out 1st May. I know what your thinking, i am nuts right? I feel great.

I didn't know about the morning dew thing, too late to do it now LOL.

Glad you are still going strong FA. You can't beleive that people could be so nasty as to WANT you to fail could you. Hope they get their comeuppance one day.

Jab in the eye with a big HA :p
