I feel really rubbish tho... Despite what they do to you they DO make me feel better and that's a fact... I went and got them on autopilot really just snapped... I have had it about me all day... They're gone now tho I'm so pathetic tho I couldn't get rid of them myself

We all get weak moments. It's how we deal with them that counts and you dealt with that very well by getting shot of them. Get your thoughts on something else now and tomorrow you will find yourself feeling quite proud for not caving.
