Just to say really as above... I am feeling positive about this now... my mindset has changed... I was going to ditch this forum, buy some fags and come back in the summer earlier on today but you know what? whats the point of giving in? There is no excuse or problem that fags will fix and I am not leaving the forum I need it to help me in the quit... its been a tough week or so but Im on this now and right up for it!

It's the mindset that determines how the quit goes. Smoking is crap and does nothing at all for you!!! Well done and keep going -
