This forum is the best support you can get for your quit. Browse the site....you will find answers to any questions you may have; you will find experiences which may match yours and may show you that everything that you will be going through is a normal part of a quit.....be it good or bad!

You can also have a good old rant if you want to.....everyone understands! One of the best things though, is coming here and posting of your successes, of another minute, hour, day, week, month done. It gives you such a sense of pride and everyone else will be as chuffed as you about it!
