I might be able to get it at lunch time, if they do it in my local chemist.
I vaguely remember some chemists dont accept the nurses prescriptions and they have to be signed up to the smoke free thingy.
Stupid isnt it! Anyway fingers crossed i can get them in a few hours. I just need to remember not to get toooo annoyed/ irritated with my work colleagues
It is silly, as they promote this that and the other anti smoking yet when your ready to quit and you ring to make that first initial appt with smoking cessation nurse it can be up to as much as 2 weeks if you work and need an early evening appt another grrrrr moment, yeah keep chilled, i really was quite horrible on my first week when i quit... surprised ive still got husband and a mum down the phone lol
I quit July 13th or 14 th can't really remember, I didn't use patches etc, but I did use lozenges and am afraid I still do. I will have to try and come off them, but I seem to be hooked
i just had a lozenger, oh my gosh they are vile. I sucked as suggested and I couldnt finish it. It felt like my mouth was on fire and it tasted proper minging lol
Think i might stick to the patches and keep this for emergency. Might sell the extras on ebay.
The buggas charged me for 2 prescriptions as its 2 different things. Im sure last time I got charged once for everything.
Plus, NRT keeps you hooked on nicotine which is ultimately what you're trying to break free from... sorry, I'll get off my high horse before I start ranting. Again

Nicotine free is best case scenario, but getting smoke free and breaking those habits and patterns is a HUGE step in the right direction.
Totally agree M2, but as long as you're feeding yourself with nic. you're very vulnerable to relapse and sooner or later you've just got to suck it up and stop doing it.
