Patches, on to lower level Tomorow? Help

Hi all , hope all is going well,

Have question so concerned, will be nine weeks on Saturday in my quit, and have struggled, but my question is am due to go on the lowest level patch tomorow and just feel am not ready, any advice would be so welcome, has any one managed and how was it ? Thanks

Well first off you're doing flipping well - 9 weeks YAY :D :D

You've got several choices with your patches really hun :)

You can give it another week if you're still having a bit of a struggle, no shame in that at all.

You can try the lower strength ones and maybe have soem gum on hand if you find it too much

You can trim down the Step 1 ones (all the Step 2's are is a smaller version of what you're on now) a bit at a time

Or you can go onto the 2's but have a spare box of step 1's handy in case it's too much for you. If you don't need the 1's you can always flog them on Ebay ;)

Have to admit i did notice the drop between the two levels but it wasn't too bad!!

Thanks for great advice, really really has made the differance,

As for commando well no answer to that , lol not with my weight gain lol. Gone up a size in pants, lol:p
