I have just been for a walk to the shop... not for pleasure, we ran outta loo roll (love the way hubby's last words before he shot out the door this morning on way to work were not "love you" actually were "you need loo roll") but the walk itself was fab, it was not a struggle like it normally is and im loving the fact that i was carrying two bags of shopping in both hands not 2 bags in 1 hand and a fag in the other!

couldn't help myself bought a large pastry cheese straw and cinnamon whirl from co op for my lunch, ive just troffed both!!

oh well i have a peanut butter kit kat for later! mmmm kit kat!

Ahhh thanks everyone, it really is the most positive place to be... and yes its a great feeling, i just don't get bored with the "new smokless me" the driving the car, the walk up the shops, the cooking, the sitting in garden with cuppa (yeah like after ive written this lol, just realized how thirsty i am) hugging my daughter, sitting in front of a whole programme, etc, all this i didn't think was once possible as they were a big part of my life, and i feel great not having that constant nagging to have a cigarette,
