Good Morning all,

Day 3 is upon us already, I can't believe we are all doing this well. Let's make sure that we all make it to day 4 for each other.

Well done all!

Batwoman, going CT, especially in the first week, kinda spurred me on even more...it was a kind of added incentive to go it without any quit smoking aids. Makes you feel even more proud of yourself for keeping at it. So keep it up!

Hi

Kd--I hope you nights will settle down soon.

I felt quite sick in the day yesterday but i have had that before with patches.

Also my sugar went low ( i`m diabetic ) which also makes me feel sick.:(

I nearly smoked last night. I got abit worked up that my post was called an eejit post, and i didn`t know what it meant.Found out it is usually a friendly term for idiot.

Anyway a new day and still smoke free.

Hi all,

I am going strong. I tested my patience yday of throwing myself into a party, leaving do of my colleague. Had few drinks and did not smoke. Although most of my colleagues dont smoke, there was one who went out to smoke often, whom I kept teasing. Anyway happy ending to day 2.

Day three started off well, but the sensation is there sometimes, which I am overcoming.

I hope others are also doing great!! Keep up the good work..

Cheers

Evening Team D-day,

Today has been so so strange.

I have been dreading day 3, heard real horror stories about how you feel. Well, today i've been buzzing. It's been a great day, and in fact i've not felt this positive for ages, and the thought of not smoking makes me feel brilliant.

Little tip for you all, if you haven't got Andy Marshall's book " Stoppings easy" then get it, it's bloody brilliant. I'm 3 quarters of the way through it and the things Andy talks about is so true and it's things that all smokers will relate to.

Anyway, it's Friday....yippee, and here's to a smoke free weekend :)
