I found the patches great. Wave them about for about a minute otherwise they itch. Dont know about the spray because I used mini lozenges and an inhalator. Come here often and read lots of posts. Good luck.

Thank you - almost had a crying fit after lunch which is a favourite time for a cig, but calmed down with a dose of spray and a sour fruit pastel!
