Here we go again

Today is the first day I stopped smoking. I suppose I haven't smoked since yesterday, but today is the first day I haven't smoked.

I have the biggest small reason to quit coming up at the end of August, my first child, a little girl. I really don't want to be at the hospital wondering about when I am going to have my next smoke.

I'm hoping to have cigs off my mind by August, then I won't have to do this ever again!

On a side note, I quit for 5 weeks last year and it took me over a year to get back here, so here goes!

I agree, I don't think I set high enough goals for myself last year, or ever before, so I always fell into relapse. Thanks for your encouragement and advice

I can't understand why he isn't banned. Others have been banned for less. Every time he comes here he posts messages that upset people who are having a hard enough time without his comments
