Hi all. Whew!!! Whatta day.... As some of you know my wife is severely disabled and in a wheelchair. Well I dropped her off in town with her friend and arranged to pick her up at 4pm. Oh ****!!! On my way to work at the local hospice, the car broke down. I managed to limp into work and called the AA who came promptly but couldn't fix the car and took it to a local garage. NOW ... How to pick up my wife???. Luckily a friend offered to drive me home to pick up my old car so that I could rescue my wife.

You can imagine my state of panic during all this.. I of course wanted a cigarette , so I went to a shop and bought 10... I opened the pack put one in my mouth .. Then screamed NOOO!!! And crushed the pack and threw it in a nearby dustbin. Whew!!! Close call, but I am still smoke free. I know this sounds like a minor mishap but it could have caused me to smoke, but I didn't!!! Gawd I'm so proud of myself. Love Jonno,

A big WELL DONE! That takes some massive courage, to have that cig in your mouth, and not light it up, especially after a tough day like yours.

Dude.

Just... Dude.

That's... so many terms but not appropriate to type on here hahaha.

Let's just say I take my hat off to you sir, there is no way I could buy a pack and throw it away, let alone put one in my mouth and not light it.

As others have said, you've done brilliantly!

Haha you should be able to hand pretty much anything now! :D
