Three whole weeks tomorrow morning, yippee! The 50th party for my OH on Saturday, and all the planning, prep, food, etc. has been the biggest test so far in my journey.

Having 7 smokers at the party, including my other half, was a bit worrying for me, as I thought I'd be inclined to just drift out with them, especially since I was socialising with them. I'm proud that I didn't give in, and to be honest, I found that they reeked a mile off when they came back in. That kept me going, lol!

So, goodbye week 3 and hello week 4. One day at a time

Doesn't it make you feel like you're really getting somewhere when the smell of other smokers puts you off wanting one instead making you feel as if you're missing out
