So, yesterday at 9:30am I got the phone call that every Headteacher dreads...'inspection'...

Got through all of the prep. yesterday and through all of the inspection today without smoking! Yes, my brain kept telling me I wanted one, but how would that have helped I kept telling myself.

Not only did we do well but, I did NOT smoke... feel I have turned another corner as a non-smoker!

Woo hoo...high five to all you non-smokers

My sister is an English teacher in a secondary school and I knwo the pressure that you are all put under day after day.

To NOT smoke when you have had this extra pressure placed on you, with very little notice, shows that you are made of strong stuff.

Hold your head up and congratulate yourself, you have done so well.
