Hi Echo
It feels like schizophrenia.........if you are having the same feeling as me but I have been reliably told by the fab people on here that I am in fact NOT going mad and its perfectly normal.
Well done on deciding to quit.................I'm only on day 4 but there are lots of great people on here far further into their quit than me and to be honest I wouldnt have got this far without them
Echo
Welcome to the world of the stop smoking Rollercoaster!
This quit journey is full of endless emotions, all different for different folks, but all with the same goal.
Please just take baby steps, and try not to look too far ahead, you'll be just fine
