Can hardly believe its now 31 days. I feel so much better, get up on a morning feeling clean and bright. My son bought me some cut flowers the other day and I can really smell their lovely fragrance, wouldn't have been able to do that before. I have put on a few pounds which has upset me a bit as I lost 6 stone last year and never want to put that back on, so now I am going to have to go back on my weight watchers diet. So wish me luck for I am now going to be on a double struggle.
