It hasn't been an easy ride to get this far - I've had a few bad days and nearly lapsed a couple of times (days 4 and 12 in particular), but thanks to the support of all the lovely people on here I've managed to stay strong and now I'm heading off into another month!
Yesterday was a bit strange - I was randomly having cravings all day for no particular reason - but I coped with them and didn't use the inhalator. I was just a bit snappy with people at work, they'll probably think I'm a right stroppy cow! The cravings faded by the evening, and I didn't change my patch either as I wanted to go back to sticking it on in the morning so I sleep better. That went ok too and I wasn't craving when I woke up!
Here's to many more smoke free months - wish I wasn't at work as I feel a celebration drink coming on!

Wow thats fantastic Catwoman a month already i say a month because you know you are going to be here tomorrow celebrating 31 days so celebrate early why not keep going MCW you are doing so winning now

I think it's a bug in the system. But you can do it if:
1. When you start posting, see the big capital A, click on it, and you'll get a drop down which gives you a choice of black text or black text (bit like Henry Ford)
2. Click on it then you get (COLOR="black")words you want in black(/COLOR)
But, and this is important, the brackets at not as I've described ie ( and ), they are [ and ] ie square brackets (but if I put them in this message they'd code it rather than show it).
3. Then change the "black" to "red" or whatever (not sure what other colours they've got in their system.
4. Think this bug has been mentioned to the admin team.
Well done, MCW. Glad you pushed through a tough day and didn't cave..... each time you get stronger and the craves get weaker..... soon the craves will be replaced by thoughts of fags that come and go during your day..... then they fade out to the occasional thought..... you are now well on your way to making this a very solid quit..... keep going
