Deke - Free and Healing for Four Years, 1 Hour and 23 Minutes, while extending my life expectancy 60 Days and 21 Hours, by avoiding the use of 17533 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me £5,448.94.

As the phrase goes - If I can do it, you can too - and very true it is too!

And Hi to you Nic, great to see you still here giving all the valuable support that you do.

I can honestly say that the time seems to have flown by. I clearly remember the feelings I had when I first logged in to this forum. I saw a post from someone who had quit for 2 years - it seemed like a lifetime away - but I have doubled that milestone now. It is (almost) unbelievable.

But it gets more believable daily.

Whatever method you choose to quit, the most important thing is to choose not to smoke - and then to keep making that choice. Nic, Stu, Marge, Caroline, Jim and many others helped me learn that. And the support of this forum, particularly in the early days, was integral to acheiving whatever success I have.

Stay strong, and stay quit.
