Next time I have a "blip", please can you remind me how baby soft my skin has become since stubbing out my last cancer stick?

Who needs Oil of Olay?! Lol.

I have literally been stopping people in their tracks and telling them "touch my face! It's so soft!"

This is how the skin of a 24 year old SHOULD feel.

It's amazing how much difference it makes

I'm 29, and the last time I bought NRT gum in a shop they ID checked me, I walked out with the biggest, daftest grin ever

Apparently, quitting smoking has wiped years off my face

So, you're saving £4 a day, getting healthier, smelling better *and* your skin's lovely and soft, what's not to love?

It is, and it's scary looking back on the things you just accepted as being normal too when they weren't!!

I put up with rings under my eyes, an irritating cough first thing in the morning and all that but why? :confused:

But we're sorting it out now xx
