Well moving up another week and feel great.
Still no real craving since I quit, food starting to taste better,everything smells fresher.
I do seem to have a sore tongue, mainly at the tip, and a dry mouth.
Not coughing anything nasty up yet.
I also seem to be sleeping a little better.

Dont worry about the sore tongue it will go in time.
I am almost 12 weeks in and I have had sensitive teeth and gums but its getting better.
Very little pain, a lot of gain
