I am new here today. I am quitting smoking for the last time. I have a tendency to give up giving up after a week or so. My plan this time is to exercise every time I feel a craving (when at home, I can't start doing squats at work!) I hope this plan works and makes me fitter at the same time. I wonder if anybody thinks this is a good / bad idea or whether they have any craving beating suggestions?
I look forward to hearing from you
Emma

Yep, I'd say water, anything fat/sugar-free, fruit and veg, exercise... all good. And all of which I totally ignored, and I'm now nearly a stone heavier  so that's next on my list, easy peasy. I blame my mother-in-law, it can't be my fault so may as well be hers
