Hi folks, have gone down to step 2 patches today. Aim to be on these for 3 weeks then 3 weeks of step 1. Been a very trying day at work. Both manager and deputy off and lots of new practices to implement. Chicken pox is doing the rounds and there were lots of *under the weather* little darlings at nursery today who will probably break out in the pox in the next 48 hours *sigh!* 23 children half of which are grumpy and feverish, doesn't make for an easy day.

Still, I've got through it with a few more blasts on the nicotine spray. Am giving myself the night off. I'll cook and help with homework but after that its ME time.
