Gosh time seems to be flying past now.

Think mr nic was trying to trip me up last night had the most weird dreams for the first time but i suppose if finished a weird day offf.

Thank goodness I no longer need to go out into the cold to have a poison stick

Horrible isn't it, when the cravings creep up on you? I think my more recent ones have been harder than the early days. It's like you think you've seen the back of them but still they try to catch you out. Send them on their way. We are stronger than they are!!
