Day 9 here and getting there had a couple cravings the last 2 days but the champix is really helping, and my mood has been fairly normal as well.

You're doing really well, and it does get easier, the Champix certainly takes a lot of the cravings away, but you still need to use willpower. In the first week I still thought of ---- constantly, but no where near as much now.

Thanks all, feeling good, although i was at work tonight and it was hard need to find a new routine there as well, you dont get a break unless you smoke, only work a few hours but been so used to passing the quiet time with a quick one outside
