well i had a bit of a tough day today...son husband and mom upsetting me all in the same day and all about different things..i got very very sad so i got in the shower and cried my eyes out and i feel so much better now!! i was having such good days up until now and i have to say i thought about smoking today more than any day since i quit 21 days ago!! well at least i made it through and it will be bedtime in an hour so i think its safe to say i made it through a really hard day without a cig so i must be doing something right. so for everyone having a tough time and getting mad, sad, etc..just hang in their and get through the storm. if i can do it so can you

Hiya, firstly i would change your name to 'I have quit' rather than i am a quitter, because yes you are now 21 days and you can positivelhy re-affirm that to yourself. Massive well done, you HAVE quit and you don't need to go through that again. Yoiur mind and body is totally re-adjusting to a new life now, your blood, energy, moods.... everything is coming back to total v itality and good health. With regard to yourt son and husband..... accepting life on lifes terms without a fag can seem tricky in the ealy days. Look in the mirror not the magnifying glass i say. If you are getting mad / sad talk to a mate, come on here whatever... just don 't smoke!! I'm always here to share my strength and give a kick up the b um if needed. :cool:
