remember though if you need the nrt then use it, the only rule here at this stage is to not smoke

THANKS YOU ALL well just having a few cans of larger now still not had any NRT yet if i can do today and sunday i think most of the evil drug will be out of my system well i have my bags backed now so i will see you all in my new room xxxxx
