Well done everyone! What are we all doing to mark our first month? Anyone got a treat planned for themselves? Think i might have a curry and a drink or two. . . . . . I've had that song in my head for 2 full days and it's driving me crackers now lol

Well done to all of you 1 month quitters, you all seem to be happy in your quits and that is just great. You should definitely treat your selves with the money you have saved from not smoking! Great stuff!
