It will be a month on Saturday since I gave up my husband is shocked by it, delighted but shocked! I'm feeling confidant about calling myself a non smoker now hurrah! I'm still getting the odd uncomfortable craving though nothing I can't handle but I'd love it If they would just bog off, they just unsettle me xxx

Nice one Lois, a month is a major milestone.

Don't worry about getting the odd craving. As time goes on they will happen less and less (remember how they were much more frequent/continuous when you first quit). The main thing is that you know how to deal with them.
