I cant believe i got here, i still have the odd craving but i know i would be stupid to light up as i would regret it after one puff, so why bother? If i get really bad i puff on a 0 nicotine ecig and that sorts it.
All in all, the weight is starting to come of very slowly so im happy with that. my daily movements have returned to normal (thank god). I went to India for 2 weeks and i think that reset me ha ha
Any newbies reading, keep going and give yourself time to heal and come through it. 7 months on its still hard at times, but no where NEAR as hard as the first week. Its like wanting a piece of chocolate but it belongs to someone else so you cant have it.....you get over it!
Much love xxxx

Genuine success story Nikki; you had loads of tries as I remember, you really struggled, so seven months is immense, hope you're proud, you should be
