Well I actually hit the 5 month mark on Thursday and forgot all about it, so I'll just have to celebrate tonight instead with a nice big lottery win! :D

That's nearly........HALF A YEAR!!!!!!!! And I can now watch the Hamlet cigar ads without craving, we were having a bit of a YouTube marathon earlier! :p

Oh well done MCW on 5 months...I've just realised mine was yesterday!!!! I don't actually think much about smoking now...only how shitty I've felt since I stopped but that has nothing to do with the quit thank god otherwise I'd be back puffing!!!!!!

I get the odd urge for something but don't immediately think of it as a crave and it's usually only when hubby's home...so I just thump him instead and that makes me feel much better :D

Here's to the next month and then it'll be half a year

Yes, belated congrats to all Octo's for having completed 5 months so far.

Juliebean and I today :)

I'm still amazed sometimes by the thought of being smoke free for x amnt of time.... but nearly half a year? ............ bloody amazing  even though some of us were/are in danger of becoming obese alcoholics whose daytime diet consisted of chocolate and or chocolate cake.

Cheers folks - have a carrot juice and some pine nuts :p
