This is my 2nd day one.... last time the withdrawal was so severe I went to see someone but have been assured that its just how it happens with some people :S so I decided to start again.
Am a few hours in now and feeling okayish, a little dizzy n cant concentrate. I finished my baccy and sent my purse and credit cards off with a friend I trust which has helped alot. At least for today I don't really have to worry about whether or not I can do it, cos ive not given myself a choice. I recommend it if you can cope with no money, at least to begin with. Just hoping I don't find a way around it. Hopefully ill be back for day 2 tomorrow Not looking forward to the morning

You've just got to plough through it Kiddo, use this forum as a crutch and rant and rage all you want to. You will come out the other side and the days and weeks will start to stack up; you'll look back on the period and wonder what all the fuss was about.
But, if you're going to struggle, and I believe that most do, grit your teeth and get on with it; it's worth it honestly all the very best to you and look forward to reading your posts
