I'm quite comfortable with the fact im no longer a smoker, i got to work early again this morning which is my usual routine when i want a couple of smokes before the day kicks off, i parked the bike, stood on the car park and said "no chance" and wandered off to the office, had a cup of coffee and a big smile
and then logged into here, thank you to all of you who posted your messages of support and helped me get into Day 2, i hope everyone else from yesterday made it through too

I'm only on day 2, but I'm doing well. I find it hard to beat the routine though. Although I had a shower this morning and I usually have one afterwards but this morning, i said 'oh no u dont'! I feel great like, although I do feel a sense of loss, like somethingh is missing. is that normal?
