Day 9...Not as many cravings this morning, ebay is keeping me nice and busy with plenty of trips to the post office, my new addiction Kit Kat Chunky's going down nicely with my cups of tea...life is good....today is good!!

You've just made me crave a KitKat Chunky.....mmmmmm!! All I've done (again) today is eat!! So glad I'm going to the gym tonight, going to have to work hard!!!

See anything nice on eBay? I think my partner spends most of his time on that site!!

mmmmm Kit Kat chunkys's infact I am having one now while I type this lol...I dont buy on ebay babs I sell on there...I earn a bit of an income from ebay which I used to spend on fags which will now be spent on a nice holiday :-)...we are all still here on day 9....it just gets better and better...

me and the wife went on honeymoon to lanzerote, I think i will treat her to a nice fortnight there this summer, sorry to hear you are struggling a bit today, its weird sometimes, I am having a good day today and its not nice knowing other people are suffering, keep coming back we are into this journey together now

Ah I'll be fine...will get there eventually. Gym time soon so that will hopefully sort me out!! I still can't believe that I've gone 9 days without smoking!!

Sorry to hear you are struggling Babs. Just put it down to a bad day and take it slowly an hour at a time... Anyway, its not long now and in the grand scheme of things you definitely have the worst of it under your belt

So glad to hear its getting better on day 9 for you, I've been following yours and Babs progress as I'm only 2 days behind you both. Had a terrible crave moment when I got in from work today but reading your post and others has won me over that hopefully it will soon pass in a few more days. I'm probably just feeling a little desperate about it all today but I will make it into the room 2 week tomorrow.
