On day 5 now, still not struggling which im really pleased at.

I love waking up in the morning and knowing i havent had a cig, Its an awesome feeling.

How's everyone else getting on today?

:)Your getting on great! Well done you! I agree its great waking up thinking...I've not smoked...and I'm not gona smoke! And I don't stink of smoke and nor does my house!!!! Don't you just feel soooo much fresher!!

I've had a few testing moments today. Namely stupid arguments with the bf over housey matters AARRGGHHHH I thot grrrrr a fag would be great just now. Having a smoke and blaming my man for peeing me off even crossed my mind LOL luckily I said don't be silly. Don't ruin your quit for the sake of a stinky fag I wouldn't even enjoy!

Another thing I done today....which I again thought wow about...was I went out with work ppl during the fag break. Namely because I miss the banter and goss, but also fancied some fresh air. So check this I'm outside with about 7 smokers...and I had noooo inclination watsoever to smoke! How good is that????? I couldn't believe it.
