Hi, i've tried & failed lots of times but decided a few weeks ago that i would finish off any i had today then stop. That happened only 2 hours ago! I've been wearing a patch for the last couple of days, as advised by my "Stop Smoking Nurse", she's an ex smoker which really helps. I've also bought a disposable E-cigarette, should i need to go through the motions, it's got to be better than the real thing. I'm determined to do it this time & hope this forum will help me succeed. Lots of luck
Hi Trudy, thank you for your PM. I see you have been smoking for a long time, though not quite as long as I have. I don't think the length of time has made any difference to my quit. Hard to believe it's nearly 7 months and I've saved over £2000. I will keep this quit going forever. It does get easier:D:D
