4th week!

Merry Xmas everyone. Best present yesterday was hitting 21 days smoke free. Now into 4th week which is great. I've got Flu however(xmas eve it came on...just typical:rolleyes so am somewhat under the weather but that is helping me avoid festive alcohol triggers at least!

Well done, I am one month free since christmas eve, I had one or two cravings oddly enough worse than I have had for a while, in the last two days,. I hope your flu goes away. Could your flu be a symptom of the gunk leaving your system?

I know I am waiting on this big cough, but I haven't had it yet.
