hi everyone

i would like to wish you all a very happy smoke free xmas, i am going away for a few days back xmas eve still having weird dreams now and then and the odd thought a fag would be nice but getting less and less it will be 5 weeks mondaY SINCE MY LAST PUFF and still cant believe its this easy so far

It does seem wierd, but she saw how I went on Champix and with the help of this place.... so what else would I advise her to do?

Very proud that she decided to do it, and even prouder that she decided to follow my lead

Now all I have to do is get my younger brother on here and my entire family will be smoke free - he is now the last of a very large smoking group.

As an example, Mod 3 could have used the Edit option (capitalised deliberately) to change the erroneous HAVE to HAS in her post below.
