All the best - the first few days can be hard but just hang in there. I seem to remember in my first few days I was eating fruit continually and deep breathing seemed to help.

Good luck Hun you can do it, I've made 27days now and the 1st week is tough but well worth it,

I found going out side and taking deep breathes helps, chewing pens anything that suits as long as u stay off the fags,
