June 13th - October 13th. So four months completed. Not giving up giving up either.

Feeling so good about it now. Put on a bit of weight, but nothing too drastic. Gonna worry about that next year. 2012 is the year of finally giving up smoking.

Keep it up folks, it is so, so worth it!
