Hi Vike, I knew you'd be here. Beat me to it this month. It was good of you to put the kettle on because I was dying for a cup of tea after moving all my stuff.
Hard to imagine we've completed 6 months. Next stop the penthouse.:D:D

Well done Viking after a stumble at the start you have now done 6 months! That is just great. I wonder how many other June quitters will join you as Una has asked? I remember there were quite a few of you at the start.
There were 10 of us in the beginning and like the green bottles, they have fallen
I quit on 1st June, so I'll join you. I didn't join the site for a few weeks, but I'm still here.

Congrats to all guys, great job!!
I'm with you as well, 6 months smoke free I even survived Christmas and New Year's Eve parties, with quite a few smokers around me!! And no I didn't feel tempted by them. I'm not tempted by other people smoking around me anymore, I haven't been for a while now. I think my only triggers at the moment are the emotional ones, but hopefully the day when I'll find myself extremely angry/sad or whatever and I won't feel like 'letting it out' by smoking a pack is close.
Wtg jessica! Congrats on making it 6 months! These past few holiday weeks have been tough for me, lots of random urges and triggers but so far so good. I will stay strong! Haha. Cheers everyone!
