Well i am on day to hardly slept last night. A 12 hr shift wasnt my best idea
Feel totaly sick for most of the day not sure if its champix or withdrawl and the mother
Of all headaches wish i had stayed home and slept all day .

Kazzle it is probably the Champix! Get an early night and pamper yourself you deserve it. I hope you dont have to do too many 12 hour shifts:eek:
That is hard!
Sadly this week i have four of the loverly 12hrs to do this week as well as a few 6 hrs so i am fingers crossed thst by my days off i feel much better

You will I promise!
Kazzle... it could be a bit of both, I have tried champix but it didnt agree with me so can only go on what others have said about it..the symptoms are a sign of the nastiness coming out of your system...hang on in there, keep sipping the water and a nice hot bubble bath
.... don't sip the bubble bath though  lol
You can do it... hang on in there
Actually it's not the Champix. I started my quit on Champix, but have since gone off it as I felt I could cope without it. Since I've gone off I've had one terrible headache after the other. So the headaches are simply part of your withdrawal from more serious drugs than Champix: Nicotine, Arsenic, Cyanide, Carbon Dioxide, to name but a few.....
Treat yourself gently. You deserve it. What you are doing is not an easy thing. The Champix did help me a lot though. I've been seriously missing it since I'm off it, but determined to hang in there anyway.
Your quit will tell you ANYthing to make you vulnerable to smoking though....
Hang in there! You've come this far, so you CAN do it! Just take it one slow hour at a time.....
It might be a good idea to contact your doctor though. During withdrawal, I'd say, it's real good to have a doctor involved.
Good luck! you deserve it
Thanks for all the possitive fed back. I have a apt with my practice nurse on friday for a review so will have a chat with her.
