Sorry but I had to run in here and say its day 3 now back at work...have survived the girls in salon go out for smoke 4 times woohoo really pleased with myself....I did however have 2 lozenges in my mouth to make sure I didn't crack lol ....let's hope I keep strong

I'm also keeping strong - Had my boyfriend over last night who is a smoker - he went out a few times but it wasn't too bad. He stunk of smoke when he came back in and made me want one sooooo badly! However I ordered a domino's instead! Lol.

Feeling moody today - got a friend coming over tonight (non-smoker!) so she will keep me strong!

Sweated out some toxins tonight at Zumba lol....its slightly easier now without lungs full of fresh smoke
